1. Shipping costs are only applicable to addresses within the United States, except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
2. We cannot deliver to PO Box, APO and FPO addresses.

UPS

Please note that most orders arrive within 4-8 business days. Some orders may take longer than 8 business days to arrive.
In-stock orders are shipped as quickly as possible. This is usually the day that you place the order or the next day. However, there may be situations when it takes longer. Your order will ship the next business day if it is in stock. All estimates are made based on business days.
Your order will be charged within 24 hours if you pay by credit card. The items will be shipped the next business day once payment has been received. You may be sent separate orders if you order multiple items from different shipping destinations. Delivery can take between 4 and 8 days depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Some orders may take longer than 10 business days to arrive. If a shipment is not fulfilled or shipped after label creation, you have the option of cancelling your order or getting partial refunds.

Order processing may be delayed if there is force majeure However, your order will still be processed quickly if the weather permits.

JOIVI takes all reasonable precautions to protect the products during shipping. However, products may be damaged during transport from the JOIVI shipping center to homes and businesses. To request a refund or return of damaged items in transit, please select the appropriate item from "My Orders" within three business days of receiving your package. Please note any visible damage (dents, scratches, etc.). Take digital photos and send them to JOIVI. This will help us process your refund.

Order Tracking
Each order that you place will receive at least two emails.

After placing an order, you will be sent an Order Acknowledgement email with your order details. You will receive an Order Acknowledgement email once your item ships. It contains your order number, carrier information, date and time of order, status and tracking numbers for any items that have shipped. Track your shipment on the official carrier website to find out the exact location.

Notification
1. Before you make payment, please verify that your shipping address is correct. This will be the address to which we ship.

2. If a product does not meet your expectations or you place an incorrect order, we are not responsible for return shipping costs.

3. UPS will dispatch items weighing less than 150 lbs. Items that exceed 150 lbs will be shipped by truck.

4. Covid-19 will cause delays in delivery.
