Comfortable and pretty.Pretty easy to put together. Makes a great addition to the outside living area. Changed out the rocks tho. Rocks are ugly lol.

We purchased this beautiful set and are happy with it with one exception.I am so happy I purchased this amazing Fire Pit! Its so nice and is being very much enjoyed by my family and friends. Everyone is asking me where I purchased it. I highly recommend it!! You will love it!

You begin the ottoman assembly with part H and part O. This is a case where one part is missing the manufactured holes. No doubt about it. Part H does not have holes on one leg to attach part O. It's a manufacturing flaw.

So we are keeping the set because the rest of it is really nice. We plan to try and drill holes or clamp it together from the under side.

One tip too: Get yourself one of those fairly inexpensive battery operated screw drivers (skinnier the better) with a bit that matches the little tool they give you. Otherwise, you will spend hours and hours trying to do it by hand with the tool they provide.

Overall, it really looks pretty nice. How will it hold up? I'll post if I notice something out of line. We got the gray with the gray pillows. I really wanted white, but figured that would not be so practical. To give me a 'white look', I purchased four white pillows to go on top. It looks super nice.

First I would to give a shout out to customer service. I asked many questions and they always got back to me quickly. After I purchased, before the entire set got delivered the price dropped. I contacted customer service. They honored the new price and added a little for shipping (bc that had changed to a little higher). I didnt have to fight for the refund, they just gave it to me so kudos for customer service.

The product did come two different days but a little earlier than expected. Putting together wasnt hard but damn it was tedious! My fingers were killing me bc I was the one to twist the screw in using the tool. Set seems solid. I wish there was some kind of support bar that went through the middle so we can sit on it without cushions (not for long term just for a few seconds when needing a break from yard work but dont have the cushions out). Im afraid if I sit on it I will go right through. We didnt put the connectors on the bottom but it hasnt moved at all as of yet, we kept them just in case. The pillows being velcroed is good but if they get dirty we are screwed. I see what people are
Saying about the back cushions. Its a slippery material so they do slide but not enough to bother me. When they are all on the couch they fit sung enough. I DO wish they had other colors. I see a pinkish hue to the cushions and I KNOW they will get filthy quickly. Next time Im looking for a blue color, but thats personal preference. Couch is comfy and a nice size. It doesnt look like a kid set which i read very often when looking at other sets. A little longer would have been PERFECT! All in all we got this set for under $400 (w/o shipping) so in the end we are very happy with it!

Only received the middle chair, ottoman and table, missing two chairs. It was fairly easy to put together, and the quality is very nice, I just am missing most of what I purchased.
